Matt Bosquez

Matt Bosquez is a seasoned real estate executive with more than 20 years of experience leading acquisitions, asset management, development, portfolio management, and real estate operations across multifamily, office, hospitality, life science, mixed-use, and corporate real estate assets. His expertise spans the full real estate lifecycle, including underwriting and investment analysis, development and construction oversight, capital planning, joint venture management, leasing strategy, operational performance improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

Matt began his career in real estate in 2008 with Lincoln, where he supported institutional owners through development, financial analysis, capital projects, and portfolio management initiatives across a three-million-square-foot commercial real estate portfolio over a four-year period. He then moved on to hold leadership positions with institutional investors, private developers, hospitality companies, and corporate occupiers, giving him a broad perspective on creating value across diverse real estate platforms.

Prior to rejoining Lincoln in 2026, he served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Partners Group, where he oversaw a $3+ billion portfolio of commercial real estate assets on behalf of leading institutional investors. In this role, he directed value creation strategies, development and redevelopment initiatives, capital investment programs, and joint venture partnerships across a national portfolio, helping drive investment performance and successful project outcomes.
