Matt Hickey

Matt Hickey joined Lincoln in 2015. Within his first three years with the company, the suburban leasing portfolio doubled to over 4 million square feet. Since he joined the company, Lincoln has been nominated annually for multiple industry awards, including Property Representative of the Year, Deal of the Year, and Costar Power Broker.

Matt was promoted to Senior Vice President, leading Lincoln’s office transactions business in the Chicagoland area and across the Midwest. He is the team lead for a portfolio of Class A and Trophy buildings totaling approximately 6 million square feet, with a specific focus on office campuses across suburban Chicago.

Over the course of Matt’s career, he has completed transactions totaling over 7 million square feet, including many of the region’s premier headquarters transactions.
