McKay Elliott

As a member of Lincoln Property Company’s leasing team, McKay Elliott assists with the successful lease-up of office buildings in Washington, DC, including development of leasing strategies, prospecting, deal tracking and reporting, and negotiating.

Working over fifteen years in the commercial real estate industry, she brings well-rounded experience representing building owners in lease transactions, both as a third-party agent and in-house representation for a local developer. She has participated in lease transactions ranging from executive office suite occupants to building-anchor law firm and coworking tenants. Along with leasing, McKay contributes to managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities with local and institutional owners.
