Mel Koich

Mel Koich is a commercial real estate veteran specializing in property leasing, sales and investments, as well as land sales for commercial and industrial development. He began his career in 1979 with the opening of the first Lee & Associates office and later became the firm’s leading income producer.

In 1983, Mel helped establish Lee & Associates’ City of Orange office. He relocated to Nevada in 1995 and later joined Gatski Commercial, prior to the firm’s integration with Lincoln Property Company, bringing decades of experience advising clients across a range of commercial real estate transactions.
