Michael Howell

Michael, along with Tony Bartlett and Hunter Henritze, oversees all aspects of Lincoln’s business activities in Georgia and Alabama with an emphasis on the 3rd party leasing and management services. Michael has represented some of the most respected institutional and private investors in the industry including Blackstone, The Brookdale Group, Equity Office, LPC Advisors, Met Life and TPA Group. Michael has completed over 500 transactions valued in excess of $1B over the course of his 20+ year career.

Michael is a native of Atlanta and attended Marist High School before receiving a BBA in Real Estate from the University of Mississippi. In 2014 Michael was appointed by the Georgia Speaker of the House as a Citizen Member to the Governing Board of the State Properties Commission of Georgia (SPC) and the Georgia Building Authority (GBA) both of which he still serves on to date. Michael is a licensed Qualifying Broker in the State of Georgia and an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR). Philanthropically, Michael serves on the Executive Committee for the Georgia Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). Michael and his family are also actively involved with the non-profit Lighthouse Family Retreat (LFR).
