Michael Monroe oversees all phases of real estate development, serving as the primary customer contact and manager of all real estate improvement projects from conception to completion, including shell development, tenant improvements and asset repositioning. Michael directs the project design team, manages city and local government approvals, and oversees construction, costs, schedule, and quality.

Prior to joining Lincoln,  Michael spent 10 years at JLL, where he worked on a variety of corporate accounts as a Senior Project Manager and Program Manager.  Before venturing into construction management, Michael was actively involved in architecture, design, and city planning for over 20 years.

Professional Bachelor of Architecture in Design with an emphasis in project management and real estate development from The University of Illinois at Chicago.

Michael holds certifications in Architecture and is an active member of The American Institute of Architects (AIA).
