Mike Mrozek

As Executive Managing Director, Mike Mrozek oversees Lincoln Property Company’s national property management business of nearly 500 million sq. ft. Mike is based in Lincoln’s Dallas headquarters.

In this role, Mike guides the service delivery strategy across Lincoln’s property management and engineering platforms, collaborating with Lincoln’s market and specialty service leaders to improve performance, promote cross-platform expertise, develop market performance standards, craft multi-market value propositions, and implement data strategies that drive internal results and provide better outcomes for clients.

Mike joined Lincoln in June 2024 after a 17-year career holding various management and leadership positions at CBRE in Houston and Dallas, Texas, and Washington, D.C. Most recently, Mike served as CBRE’s Chief Operating Officer for Americas Property Management. In this role, he oversaw one billion square feet of managed properties and more than 4,800 employees across the U.S., Latin America, and Canada. Before that, he led property management for CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic region. Mike began his career in Chicago with Urban Retail Properties, managing retail and mixed-use properties in Chicago, Indianapolis, and Houston.
