Mike Ogasapian joined Lincoln as Senior Vice President in 2026. He specializes on the North Suburban market as part of the Greater Boston brokerage team.
With more than 11 years of experience, Mike has worked exclusively in office and industrial real estate, representing both users and owners. He has closed leasing deals totaling more than 2 million square feet and completed property sales exceeding $40 million, focusing mainly on the Route 128 North and Route 3 North submarkets.
Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from St. Michael’s College and is a SIOR designee. He is also an active board member of Woburn Chamber of Commerce and Walnut Street Center, a Medford-based non-profit that provides support services to adults with Intellectual Disabilities. A Woburn native, he currently resides in Burlington, Massachusetts.
