As Director of Asset Management at Lincoln Property Company in San Francisco, Nicholas oversees a diversified Northern California portfolio spanning office, industrial, life science, multifamily, retail repositioning, and mixed-use assets. He brings twenty years of real estate experience across management consulting, institutional investment, development, asset management, and deal advisory.
Before Lincoln, he held roles at WeWork, AIG Global Real Estate, and KPMG LLP. Nicholas holds an MBA and Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California and a B.S. in Construction Engineering from Arizona State. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and can usually be found outdoors with his wife and two boys, or swimming at Aquatic Park.
