Nick Nudo is a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry. As Vice President at Lincoln Property Company, Nick oversees the leasing and marketing of a portfolio exceeding 8 million square feet of commercial properties. Nick works closely with John Orsak to drive the success of Lincoln’s third-party leasing operations and corporate advisory services.

Prior to Lincoln Property Company, Nick worked at Cushman & Wakefield and Lee & Associates, where he provided strategic leasing advisory services to both landlords and tenants. His extensive experience, market insight, and dedication to excellence make him an asset to his clients and colleagues alike.
