Nicole M. Audette, RPA is Managing Director of Property Management for Lincoln Property Company in Los Angeles, where she leads the region’s operations strategy partnering closely with clients and onsite teams to elevate performance, and providing Lincoln’s solutions-driven platform effectively to each asset.
Nicole brings more than thirty years of experience leading multi market commercial portfolios. At Transwestern, she led 40 project management services professionals for 6 MSF of office, medical office, industrial, and retail properties across Los Angeles and Las Vegas. As a portfolio transition lead, she managed complex national asset onboarding efforts for major clients. She is known for data driven underwriting, rigorous budgeting, vendor optimization, and a customer experience mindset that raises the bar for property management excellence.
Nicole holds a B.A. from the University of Portland and the BOMI Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation. She is a California licensed real estate salesperson. An active industry contributor, she serves on the BOMA Greater Los Angeles board—currently Treasurer/Secretary (2025) and Chair Elect (2026). Her recognitions include Women of Influence (Real Estate Forum), Los Angeles Business Journal Women Making a Difference, and multiple Transwestern service awards.
