Noel Escalona, CPA

Noel Escalona is a commercial real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience in retail real estate. He specializes in tenant representation, site selection, lease negotiations, retail development, land acquisitions, and surplus property disposition.

Noel began his career in 1992 as a property accountant with Trammell Crow Company before transitioning to the firm’s retail brokerage division. He later served as Vice President of Retail for The Shiner Group and founded Escalona Real Estate LLC. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 700 transactions, combining financial expertise and market knowledge to help clients evaluate opportunities and execute long-term real estate strategies.

A longtime member of ICSC, Noel remains actively engaged in the retail real estate industry. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, photography, videography, skiing and distance running, and has completed the Chicago Marathon 11 times.
