Pavel Scháňka currently serves as Co-Managing Director & Asset Management Director at Lincoln Property Company in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He is responsible for the asset management of Lincoln’s entire portfolio and for overseeing the company’s operations in the Czech Republic.
Previously, he worked as Head of Asset & Property Management for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) at Jones Lang LaSalle and was a member of the European Strategic Board for Property and Asset Management, contributing to key strategic decisions across Europe. His team comprised 120 professionals across six countries – Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, and Croatia – managing a portfolio of over 2 million m², including some of the region’s most prestigious projects.
Before joining JLL, Pavel held the position of Regional Asset Management Director at GE Capital Real Estate, overseeing a multi-sector portfolio valued at €2.4 billion across Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania, and Turkey. Prior to that, he served as Head of Capital Markets for CEE and the Czech Republic at CBRE, and earlier as a Senior Relationship Manager for real estate financing at UniCredit Bank.
