Peter Horn

Peter Horn is responsible for expanding Lincoln Property Company’s investment opportunities across the northern California region, including the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento. Peter is focused on new acquisition and development opportunities and has more than 15 years of commercial real estate investment experience across all major property types.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Peter was a Managing Director at BH Properties, where he launched that firm’s San Francisco office and rapidly expanded its assets under management in the Bay Area. Before BH Properties, he was a Partner and Head of Acquisitions for Soma Capital Partners, a San Francisco-based real estate investment firm.

Peter has also held positions at Simpson Housing and Morgan Keegan’s Investment Bank (now Raymond James) and has successfully closed on more than $1 billion in real estate transactions in his career.
