Rachel Purcell

Rachel Purcell serves as Chief Accounting Officer at Lincoln, where she provides executive leadership for Admin Accounting across the enterprise. In this role, she oversees corporate consolidation, tax compliance, and enterprise accounting operations, supporting Lincoln’s continued growth and large‑scale system transformation initiatives.

At Lincoln, Rachel leads accounting functions critical to enterprise alignment and operational consistency, partnering closely with finance and business leaders to strengthen governance, scalability, and readiness across the organization.

Rachel brings decades of senior leadership experience in real estate finance and operations, having held chief financial and administrative leadership roles at multiple real estate investment, advisory, and property management organizations prior to joining Lincoln. In these roles, Rachel led accounting, finance, financial reporting, treasury, risk management, information technology, and compliance functions and served on executive leadership teams responsible for setting organizational strategy. She began her career at Deloitte, where she was a Senior Manager in the audit practice serving public and private real estate clients.
