Robert Wolfsen

Robert Wolfsen brings a strong foundation in accounting and real estate development to his work in commercial real estate. As an Associate at Lincoln Property Company, he supports leasing and transaction efforts across the Phoenix market, working with clients and properties spanning the industrial, office, and multifamily sectors. His analytical approach helps inform market research, financial analysis, property positioning, and strategic decision-making throughout the transaction process.

He holds both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Real Estate Development from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business. Through the interdisciplinary MRED program, Robert expanded his experience in finance, design, construction, law, and development strategy. He applies this combination of financial discipline and development perspective to help clients evaluate opportunities and navigate the Phoenix commercial real estate market.
