Ron Waide

Ron Waide is a seasoned property management professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. After previously working at Lincoln Property Company for four years, Ron returned to Lincoln in 2019, where he now serves as the Vice President and Senior Property Manager for the company’s Raleigh-Durham office. In this role, he oversees all aspects of property management and leads a team of Senior Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, and Property Assistants.

Ron began his career in 1997 with a small privately held firm in Denver, Colorado. Over the next 16 years, he honed his skills and steadily climbed the ladder, holding positions at Global Pacific Properties and Lillibridge Healthcare. He then became a Senior Property Manager at Newmark Knight Frank, where he managed a diverse portfolio of properties. In 2013, Ron joined Lincoln’s CAS group as the Manager of the Austin Outpatient VA Clinic. He later moved to HCFD Properties, a local development and property management company, where he managed a larger portfolio of medical office properties. In 2017, he returned to Lincoln to work at the UT Health Transformation Building.

By 2019, Ron transitioned to a Senior Property Manager role with Cousins Properties, managing a rotating cast of Class A office properties in North Austin. In 2021, he joined a private equity firm in Austin as the Director of Property Management, overseeing a diverse portfolio of office, industrial, and retail buildings in Texas and Oklahoma. With a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success, Ron is dedicated to driving excellence in property management and delivering exceptional results for clients and stakeholders.
