Ryan Kruzel

Ryan Kruzel is a Managing Director in Lincoln’s Investment Management division. Ryan joined Lincoln in 2020 and is primarily responsible for portfolio management, acquisitions, and asset management for a state pension fund portfolio.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Ryan worked as Vice President of Investments at Pritzker Realty Group focusing on industrial investments and as Vice President at Pearlmark Real Estate where he was tasked with sourcing new office, industrial, and retail investment opportunities. Throughout his career, Ryan has been involved in transactions totaling $1.8 billion of acquisition, development, and disposition activity and been responsible for the day-to-day asset management of over 4.7 million square feet of commercial assets and 700 residential units.
