Sam Pepper serves as Vice President of Development for Lincoln Property Company. In this role, Sam is responsible for overseeing projects throughout Southern California, managing all phases of development for a variety of product types including multifamily, Class A office and mixed-use.
With over 14 years of commercial real estate experience, Sam has established diverse expertise in development, architecture, project management, entitlements and portfolio strategy. He previously worked at Alloy Development and Shop Architects, both in NYC.
