Sam Slaton

Sam started with Lincoln Property Company in August of 2022 as Vice President of Industrial Brokerage for the Denver Metro and Rocky Mountain region. He has over 18 years of brokerage experience in the Denver market. His entire career focus and experience has been advising, advocating and negotiating on behalf of clients and their commercial real estate needs. Sam has assisted local, regional and multinational companies with their office/warehouse, manufacturing and distribution facilities. His services have encompassed strategic site selection, disposition of inefficient facilities, and acquisition of more productive assets. He has represented both private and institutional investors and developers on land acquisitions for both speculative and build-to-suit industrial facilities and subsequent leasing and stabilization of those assets.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Sam worked at CBRE for 7 years and Cushman & Wakefield for 10 years where he was a top industrial producer.
