Sara Pray

Sara Pray joined Lincoln Property Company in 2025 as a Senior Vice President. With more than 20 years of professional experience in commercial real estate, Sara oversees Lincoln’s Washington, D.C. property management division and operates a diverse portfolio including historic D.C. properties, mixed-use and trophy assets.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Sara was with Stream Realty as the Director of Property Management, and at Brookfield Properties as a Senior Property Manager. Throughout her career, she has managed over three million SF of assets in the Mid-Atlantic Region and New York markets with a robust portfolio of notable clients including Morgan Stanley, New York Life and ASB. Sara also managed high-profile tenants including Google, Cravath, Booz Allen Hamilton, and government divisions such as the Department of Energy’s Nuclear Nonproliferation Security Agency and Immigrations and Customs Enforcement. Sara received her B.A.Sc from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
