Sean Kemper

Sean Kemper is a Director of Asset Management with Lincoln Property Company, overseeing asset management initiatives across the Pacific Northwest with a focus on portfolio strategy, leasing oversight, operational execution, and capital markets. In his role, Sean works across office, multifamily, and mixed-use assets, partnering with ownership groups, lenders, leasing teams, and construction professionals to drive value creation and portfolio performance.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Sean spent more than six years with Investco L.L.C., where he held roles of increasing responsibility in capital markets and asset management, leading recapitalizations, refinancing efforts, investor negotiations, and portfolio-wide operational initiatives across a large multifamily portfolio.

Earlier in his career, Sean was an Associate with BlackRock within the firm’s Alternatives platform, supporting private equity and private credit co-investment portfolios through valuation analysis, liquidity planning, and foreign currency hedging and trading initiatives across multi-currency investment vehicles.

Sean brings a combination of institutional investment experience, operational asset management expertise, and capital markets knowledge, with a background spanning acquisitions, underwriting, portfolio strategy, restructuring initiatives, and investor relations.
