Shannon Amato serves as Executive Managing Director of Property Accounting Services, providing national leadership over Lincoln Property Company’s property accounting platform. In this role, she is responsible for setting strategy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring consistent, high‑quality financial reporting and client service across markets. Shannon brings more than two decades of experience in property accounting operations, organizational transformation, and process standardization. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives focused on building a scalable operating model, enhancing controls and compliance, and aligning accounting services with the evolving needs of clients and partners.

Shannon graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant.
