Shawn Fullam

As Senior Vice President at Lincoln Property Company, Shawn Fullam is responsible for overseeing the firm’s retail leasing program, which currently includes more than 12 million square feet of retail and mixed-use projects. He leads the leasing and development for Phase III of the Gates of Prosper, in Prosper, Texas. This $90 million retail project is part of a massive 270-acre mixed-use development where Lincoln and its investment partner, Blue Star Land, have already delivered more than $200 million of retail and restaurant space. In addition, Shawn is leading the leasing and development of $400 million in other retail and mixed-use developments currently in pre-development phases across Texas and the Southeast.

Shawn began his career with Lincoln in 1998 in their Retail Division, specializing in project leasing. In this role, he completed transactions with local, regional, and national tenants in a successful effort to keep Lincoln’s retail portfolio at or above 95% leased. In 2004, his leasing responsibilities expanded to include directing development services, a role that entailed strategic coordination of site planning, design, leasing and oversight of construction for more than 4 million square feet of retail development and redevelopment. Throughout this time, Shawn’s priority was ensuring that Lincoln’s retail projects were delivered on time and stabilized.
