Stephen Spelman has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, with a focus on industrial real estate and investment opportunities throughout Southern Nevada. He advises institutional and private investors and assists companies evaluating development, expansion and relocation opportunities, particularly for warehouse and large-scale distribution facilities.
Stephen previously spent 21 years as a partner with Lee & Associates in Las Vegas, including seven years as Broker, Managing Partner and President. His experience spans the full development process, from land assessment and acquisition through construction, leasing and sales. He has been a licensed Nevada broker since 1993.
