Stewart Geise

Stewart Geise serves as the Director of Property Management for Lincoln Property Company’s Central Texas region, overseeing the Austin, San Antonio, and El Paso markets. With a focus on business development, client care, strategic planning, and financial reporting, Stewart is dedicated to driving value for clients while fostering collaboration across investor and occupier service groups.

Prior to his current role, Stewart held several leadership positions at CBRE, including Managing Director for Central Texas and Associate Director in Houston. His career in commercial real estate also includes experience as General Manager of Marathon Oil Tower, One Shell Square, and Energy Centers III–V, where he demonstrated a track record of operational excellence and strategic leadership. Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Stewart served as a U.S. Marine infantry officer from 2003 to 2007, deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan.
