As Associate Director, Tara Ereth oversees property management operations for a nearly 26-million-square-foot portfolio of Class A office and industrial assets across Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, capital project management, and tenant relations.
With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Tara spent 18 years at Parallel Capital Partners, where she held various leadership roles before becoming Regional Vice President of Operations for a private real estate investment firm. Her extensive operational expertise and hands-on leadership style have consistently delivered exceptional value to both ownership groups and tenants.
Tara began her career in property management through direct, on-the-ground experience, managing a diverse range of assets. Her practical approach and deep understanding of ownership and tenant needs have established her as a trusted leader in the industry.
She holds an active Arizona Real Estate License and is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP)
