Tim Whitebread is a Vice President in Lincoln Property Company’s Washington, D.C. office, focused on achieving exceptional outcomes for his landlord and tenant clients. His over 10 years of experience at Lincoln, Carr Properties, and CBRE have given him a unique skill set, including financial analysis, lease negotiation, and market research. Tim has represented many notable office buildings and development projects in Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland – including including Midtown Center, the Bank Building, 101 Constitution, 1700 New York Avenue, 901 K Street and 2001 Pennsylvania Avenue.
Tim’s philanthropic efforts include serving on the Auxiliary Board for the Bishop John T. Walker School for Boys and ongoing support and contributions to the Haymakers for Hope – a 501c3 that raises money for cancer research, care, and management. In 2023, Tim participated in the Beltway Brawl IV, a charity boxing match and fundraiser, for which he raised over $64,000 that went directly to the Kimmel Cancer Center at Sibley Memorial Hospital.
Tim serves as a co-chair of the Events Committee and a board member for the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association. He graduated from James Madison University in 2014, where he was a member of the men’s soccer team.
