Tom Wagener is an industrial real estate veteran with more than 30 years of experience. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 2,500 transactions valued at over $2.5 billion and has consistently ranked among the Chicago industrial market’s top producers.

Tom’s experience spans landlord and tenant representation, property sales, leasing, construction, financing and investment transactions. He has served as leasing agent for a 5 million-square-foot industrial portfolio that maintained occupancy above 94 percent and has advised manufacturers, distributors, food users, bottling plants, truck terminals and other industrial occupiers. His broad market and operational knowledge helps clients make informed decisions throughout the transaction process.
