Tommy Holloran

Tommy Holloran brings experience in commercial real estate research, brokerage, leasing, and investment sales to his role as an Associate at Lincoln Property Company. He supports transaction efforts across the Phoenix market, drawing on his background in market analysis, research and client advisory services. His experience across the office, industrial, and education sectors allows him to provide clients with thoughtful, data-driven guidance throughout the transaction process.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Tommy held brokerage and research roles at Colliers, where he prepared broker opinions of value, comparable analyses, market reports, and other materials supporting leasing and investment sale assignments. He also gained experience with Lee & Associates, the Strategic Metropolitan Plan of Barcelona and HomeBase Partners. Tommy earned a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Development from the University of Arizona and holds an Arizona real estate license.
