Travis Drilling

Travis Drilling is an Executive Vice President of Investment and Operations with Lincoln Property Company, overseeing the day-to-day operations for the firm’s Washington and Oregon markets, sourcing capital for real estate investments, and leading the asset management business for the region. Prior to his current role, Travis served as Market Leader for the Portland office where he was responsible for all business operations in Oregon.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Travis was the Director of Leasing & Business Development for the Urban Renaissance Group, a Seattle-based commercial real estate company, where he spent more than 12 years in roles of increasing responsibility. He played a key part in the firm’s significant portfolio expansion with noteworthy work including the renovation, lease up, and sale of 1320 Broadway, which was the highest per square foot price in the market at the time of sale; development of Press Blocks, a two-phase mixed-use development adjacent to Providence Park; and the recent acquisition of Lloyd Center Mall.

Travis has extensive local knowledge and a strong track record in leasing, business development, acquisitions, and development, providing him with the tools necessary to accelerate the firm’s business expansion in the Pacific Northwest.
