Tyler Courtney

Tyler Courtney serves as the Executive Managing Director of National Brokerage for Lincoln Property Company. In this role, he is responsible for driving strategic growth through talent acquisition and platform development. He leads initiatives to expand Lincoln’s national brokerage presence, recruit top-tier professionals across key markets, and develop innovative systems and processes to enhance service delivery. With a focus on creating scalable solutions, he positions Lincoln as a leader in commercial real estate services while fostering a collaborative environment where brokers thrive and deliver exceptional results for clients.

Previously, Tyler was the Managing Principal of the Atlanta office for Cushman & Wakefield. There, he supported a team of more than 500 professionals in delivering real estate solutions to a diverse range of occupier and investor clients. His responsibilities included spearheading growth initiatives such as recruiting, business development, client care, and team training.

With a background in corporate real estate, Tyler spent the majority of his early career helping global corporate occupiers effectively manage their real estate portfolios. His expertise lies in guiding clients to make decisions that positively impact employee lives and productivity.

A native of Telluride, CO, Tyler Courtney has nearly transitioned to a southerner after spending 20 years in Atlanta and four years as a Blue Devil in Durham, NC. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife, Shannon, a non-profit events consultant, and their two children, Sloane and Owen. He is passionate about watching his kids play sports, fly fishing, and traveling.
