Tyler Reece

Tyler Reece is a real estate investment and development specialist with over 10 years of industry experience. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions & Development, where he leads all acquisition and development efforts across Florida. Since joining Lincoln six years ago, Tyler has overseen more than $425 million in acquisitions and development, spanning mixed-use, retail, office, industrial, and multifamily projects.

He has played a central role in expanding Lincoln’s development platform in the region—growing from an initial focus on development into full-scale responsibility for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and executing complex investment and development opportunities throughout South Florida.

Prior to Lincoln, Tyler began his career at Cushman & Wakefield in office leasing, gaining hands-on exposure to brokerage, market analytics, and tenant representation. He then transitioned into a small family office, where he broadened his investment perspective while spearheading facilities management, building deep operational expertise that continues to inform his investment approach today.
