Veronica Longan

Veronica Longan is a driven investment professional with over 10 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, and commercial real estate acquisition and development. As Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Lincoln, she specializes in acquiring commercial real estate operating companies and leading end-to-end M&A processes—including deal origination, valuation, due diligence, legal negotiation, integration planning, and portfolio performance tracking.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Veronica served as a Corporate Development Associate at SCA Health, a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group, where she was responsible for acquiring and developing ambulatory surgery centers in partnership with physicians, health systems, and hospitals.

Veronica began her career in Class A multifamily development at JPI, then transitioned to commercial real estate acquisitions at Civitas Capital Group, a real estate private equity firm. There, she sourced, screened, and underwrote more than $6 billion of commercial real estate investment opportunities across diverse asset types, including multifamily, senior living, student housing, office, retail, and hospitality.
