Will Greer

Will Greer is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor specializing in suburban brokerage with a focus on the Greater Boston market. He brings a strong academic foundation and a competitive edge from his athletic background to his role at Lincoln Property Company.

Will earned his B.A. in Psychology from Bucknell University in 2023, where he also minored in Real Estate and Marketing Management. He has additionally furthered his expertise through a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate at Virginia Commonwealth University, which he completed in 2024. During his time at Bucknell, Will was an active member of the Bison Finance Society and Athletes Against Anxiety and Depression, in addition to being a dedicated student-athlete on the baseball team.

Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Will played in the prestigious Cape Cod Baseball League, where he honed his discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills—qualities that now serve him well in his professional career.

Outside of work, Will enjoys fishing, skiing, watching sports, and listening to music. His passion for real estate, combined with his competitive spirit and community involvement, makes him a valuable asset to clients and colleagues alike.
