Lincoln Completes 20,000 SF of Leasing at Kingswood Center in Brooklyn
Lincoln Property Company has completed 20,000 square feet of leasing transactions at Kingswood Center in Brooklyn, NY, renewing and extending leases with long-term tenants, including the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai and Elderserve Health (D/B/A RiverSpring Health Plans).
Located at 1630 East 15th Street, Kingswood Center is a retail and office property adjacent to the Kings Highway B/Q subway station. Anchored by national retailer TJ Maxx, the building offers extensive frontage, prominent signage, and an attached 250-space parking garage.
