BOSTON, March 31, 2026 – Lincoln Property Company (“Lincoln”) and MetLife Investment Management (“MIM”) today announced that 300 Third Avenue, a 143,533-square-foot, purpose-built life science development in Waltham, is fully leased to two biotechnology tenants: Biocytogen and BPG Bio. The milestone is a significant achievement amid the current life science real estate market.

Biocytogen, a global biotechnology company, expanded its footprint with a new 35,000-square-foot, full-floor lease. The company originally established its new U.S. headquarters at 300 Third in 2022 and will now occupy over 70,000 square feet.

“Lincoln is proud to partner with both Biocytogen and BPG Bio as they grow at 300 Third,” said Scott Faber, Senior Vice President at Lincoln. “300 Third was expertly designed for best-in-class life science clients and we are honored to have that recognized with a fully leased building.”

“The expansion of our Boston facility marks an important milestone in Biocytogen’s global partnership strategy,” said Madeline Lee, Chief Operating Officer of Biocytogen. “By extending our proprietary full human antibody discovery platforms to the center of global innovation, we enable closer, real-time collaboration across our global network to further accelerate drug discovery with greater speed and precision.”

Lincoln’s Tim Latham, Christopher Scott and Chris Devaux represented ownership in the transaction. Collier’s Tim Allen represented Biocytogen in the expansion and extension.

300 Third Avenue is LEED Gold and WiredScore Gold certified, offering tenants best-in-class connectivity, reliable infrastructure and technology readiness. The building features a curated amenity program including a roof deck, fitness center, grab-and-go café, and complimentary shuttle service to Alewife Station (MBTA Red Line with direct access to Cambridge and Greater Boston). The high-visibility property is strategically located on Route 128, in the heart of one of the nation’s largest and most established life science clusters. The property is owned by clients of MetLife Investment Management.
