Lincoln Property Company and OneIM Announce 1M-SF Multi-Phase Industrial Development in Boise, Idaho

The JV broke ground on the first phase of development at Eastport Logistics

Lincoln Property Company (“Lincoln”), a global full-service real estate firm, and its joint venture partner One Investment Management (“OneIM”), a global alternative investment manager, broke ground on a multi-phase industrial development in Boise, Idaho. The project, known as EastPort Logistics, will be delivered across two phases of construction and will include more than one million square feet of Class A logistics space.

We believe in the Boise market and in the underlying fundamentals of this high-growth and business-friendly state.”

Phase one of EastPort will include 685,000 square feet across four buildings, ranging in size from 12,500 square feet to 378,560 square feet. Upon full build out, EastPort Logistics will include seven buildings, with features that include clear heights up to 32’, 1,300+ car parking spaces, 168 trailer parking spaces, and 196 dock doors. Additional site features will include thoughtful landscaping, in addition to the construction of a berm to alleviate any light and/or noise from within the site.

For phase one, Mackenzie is acting as the architect of record, Kimley Horn is acting as the civil engineer, and McAlvain is the general contractor. TOK Commercial is handling the marketing and leasing.

Located on a 78-acre site in the Boise Airport submarket, EastPort offers access to two I-84 on ramps within two miles of the site. The Boise Airport is a 10-minute drive from the facility and downtown Boise is reachable by car in less than 20 minutes.
