Lincoln Property Company Facilitates Midcap Financial Expansion at 150 S Wacker

Lincoln Property Company (“Lincoln”), a global full-service real estate firm, is proud to announce the expansion and renewal of longtime tenant, Midcap Financial Services, LLC—a tenant in the two-building complex since 2011. The specialty finance firm will more than double in size from 100 S Wacker to 18,541 square feet, the entire 32^nd floor, at the top of 150 S Wacker.
