Lincoln Property Company Signs 36K-SF Lease at Sky Ranch Logistics Park in Idaho

Lincoln Property Company (“Lincoln”), a global full-service real estate firm, signed a lease at the recently delivered Sky Ranch Logistics industrial park near Boise, Idaho. Findlay Food Coatings, a New Zealand-based company, signed a 36,348-square-foot lease to expand their footprint in the state.

“We are excited to welcome Findlay to Sky Ranch in early 2025, when we complete the custom buildout of their space. The property met their business needs, providing a convenient location and a facility that offered flexibility when it came to future growth,” said Trever Nicoll, a Senior Vice President with Lincoln. “Sky Ranch was Lincoln’s first project in the State of Idaho. The strong market fundamentals and business-friendly attitude found throughout the state make Idaho a great place to build – we look forward to our continued work here.”

Located on a 23-acre site at 4315 Skyway Street in Caldwell, Skyway Ranch totals 396,480 square feet and is the largest property by square footage in the city. The development includes two buildings that total 336,960 square feet and 59,520 square feet, respectively.

McAlvain Construction served as the project’s general contractor. Colliers is marketing and leasing the remaining availability at the property.

This new venture follows the significant expansion of the Findlay business, with new plants currently being built in Melbourne, Australia and here in Caldwell.
