Lincoln Property Company Tapped to Provide Property Management Services for One Pacific Plaza

Lincoln Property Company (“Lincoln”), a global, full-service real estate firm, announced it has been hired to provide property management, operations and construction management services for One Pacific Plaza, a three-building, 400,000-square-foot Class A office campus in Huntington Beach. The campus is owned by Formosa Ltd., led by Orange County businessman and philanthropist Joe. C. Wen.

One Pacific Plaza is located next to the 405 freeway and adjacent to Bella Terra, an open-air shopping and entertainment center, with anchor retailers including Costco and Whole Foods.

“I’ve long admired Lincoln’s full-service approach to property management, including their proven ability to drive operational efficiency and enhance tenant engagement. They are a highly regarded firm and I am confident they will ensure we deliver a high-touch, quality experience for our tenants every day,” said Mr. Wen, who purchased the property in 2023.  “With Lincoln as our property manager, we look forward to continuing to actively lease and re-invest in the project.”

In addition to providing an upscale, amenity rich experience for tenants, Mr. Wen, an active philanthropist in the Orange County community, has committed resources to establish a community benefit partnership with the City of Huntington Beach. Through this partnership, the city will establish a local police substation at One Pacific Plaza.

Mr. Wen stated, “I am deeply committed to contributing to the local community by supporting the Huntington Beach Police Department with the addition of a new substation, at no cost to the city. This new space will offer a convenient and beneficial touch-down location for the hard-working men and women of law enforcement.”

Mr. Wen also recently hired Lincoln to provide property management for Symphony Towers, a 34-story, 546,092-square-foot skyscraper in downtown San Diego, which he purchased from The Irvine Company in September 2024.

In recent years, Mr. Wen made a $20 million donation to UC Irvine for the Center for Advanced Care that now bears his name at the new UCI Heath-Irvine complex and a $50 million donation to the newly created Joe C. Wen School of Population and Public Health. The donation marked one of the largest gifts ever for UC Irvine.
