Lincoln Selected to Lease and Manage The Addison, a Landmark North Dallas Office Building

Lincoln Property Company (“Lincoln”), a global full-service commercial real estate, has been selected to provide property management and leasing services for The Addison, a landmark Class A office building located at 14951 Dallas Parkway in Dallas.

Under the agreement, Lincoln will provide full-service property management, accounting and construction management services for The Addison, as well as leasing services, which will include the lease-up of approximately 60,000 square feet of contiguous space on the building’s top three floors.

Totaling 215,000 square feet across 11 stories, The Addison features modernized common spaces, including a tenant lounge, a connected outdoor patio with Wi-Fi, a fitness center and locker rooms, as well as a parking garage with a generous 4/1,000 parking ratio.

Available for lease, the building’s top two floors are connected via a staircase and executive elevator. The ninth floor, also for available lease, offers whitebox space ready for immediate move-in. All three floors offer top-of-building signage opportunity, as well as sweeping views of the Dallas North Tollway and the surrounding area.

The Addison is situated just south of Belt Line Road and fronting the Dallas North Tollway, visible to 450,000 vehicles per day. The building is also adjacent to Addison Walk, one of the area’s most popular dining and retail destinations, placing over 50 retail shops and 61 restaurants within walkable distance for The Addison tenants. Within one mile, The Addison is surrounded by approximately 8,000 multifamily units in addition to being located across the street from the Dallas/Addison Marriott Hotel.

The Addison assignment further expands Lincoln’s presence and expertise in the Dallas office market, where it currently owns, manages or leases more than 11 million square feet of Class A office space.
