Mike Ogasapian Joins Lincoln Property Company as Senior Vice President, Brokerage

Boston, MA —February 17, 2026— Lincoln Property Company (“Lincoln”) is pleased to announce that Mike Ogasapian, SIOR has joined the company as Senior Vice President. He brings over 11 years of experience representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers of office and industrial property in Greater Boston.

Mike joins Lincoln from R.W. Holmes Commercial Real Estate, where he was Senior Vice President and successfully completed over 2 million square feet of leasing and over $40 million in property sales. Prior to beginning his commercial real estate career, Mike worked in residential leasing and sales in downtown Boston.

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from St. Michael’s College and is a SIOR designee. He is also an active board member of Woburn Chamber of Commerce and Walnut Street Center, a Medford-based non-profit that provides support services to adults with Intellectual Disabilities.
