Lincoln Property Company Awarded Management Assignments for Three Georgia Industrial Properties

ATLANTA, Feb. 6, 2024 – Lincoln Property Company (Lincoln) has been awarded the management assignments for three industrial properties across Georgia, including one in Jackson, Georgia and two in Pooler, Georgia. Lincoln Senior Vice President Shane Froman, Senior Portfolio Manager Industrial Lead Kim Steward and Senior Portfolio Manager Natalie Matteson will oversee property management for all three assignments on behalf of the landlords.

The three industrial properties include the following:

  • River Park 6 is a distribution center in Jackson, Georgia, offering leases ranging from 300,000 square feet to 725,000 square feet. The building features cross-dock configuration, clear heights of 40 feet, 315 auto-parking stalls and 154 trailer-parking stalls. The property is located less than one half-mile from I-75, providing quick access to markets across the state.
  • Live Oak Logistics Center is a Class-A industrial park spanning 287 acres, just six miles from the Georgia Ports Authority Garden City Terminal in Pooler, Georgia outside of Savannah. It offers building sizes ranging from 232,000 square feet to 1.3 million square feet, with spec and build-to-suit warehouse space available. The property offers direct access to I-16 and I-95.
  • Also located in Pooler, Coastal Commerce Center is a two-building, 767,450-square-foot industrial complex also within close proximity to the Garden City Terminal. It sits less than a mile from I-16 and 3 miles from I-95. Major tenants at the property include UPS, Gulfstream Aerospace, Target and Home Depot.
