Lincoln Property Company Expands Denver Leadership Team with Addition of Brian Chen as Senior Vice President

Lincoln Property Company (“Lincoln”), a global, full-service real estate firm, announced that Brian Chen, a well-rounded and experienced commercial real estate executive, has joined the firm as Senior Vice President, Denver.

Mr. Chen will focus on growing Lincoln’s services businesses, as well as its development and investment portfolios, in the Denver area. He will report to Scott Caldwell, Lincoln’s Denver Market Leader.

Over approximately two decades, Mr. Chen has touched nearly every facet of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, development, leasing, portfolio and asset management, design and construction, and property operations. He joins Lincoln from Beacon Capital Partners, where he was integral in expanding the firm’s platform and office investment portfolio over the past six years.

“Our clients and professionals will significantly benefit from Brian’s vast experience overseeing the entire value chain of commercial real estate investment,” said Mr. Caldwell.

Prior to joining Beacon, Mr. Chen worked for ASB Real Estate Investments, where he invested its core and value-added funds across a diverse product type. Earlier, he worked in leasing and portfolio management for Tishman Speyer in the Washington, D.C., area. He received a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. in Real Estate and Urban Development from the George Washington University School of Business.
