Lincoln was selected by Haslam Sports Group (HSG) as the development partner for a 2-million square foot lifestyle and entertainment district surrounding the Cleveland Browns’ new enclosed stadium in Brook Park, Ohio.
At the center of the development will be Huntington Bank Field, a new $2.4 billion state-of-the-art domed stadium designed by HKS. With flexible seating from 7,500 to 75,000 attendees, the stadium will not only serve as a premier venue for home games but also host concerts, major sports tournaments, and conferences, putting Northeast Ohio on the map as a leading destination for large-scale events.
The 176-acre site is strategically located adjacent to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and is within a day’s drive or short flight from major population centers, including New York City, Chicago, Washington, DC, Nashville and Charlotte.
Lincoln will build the surrounding entertainment district, which will include hotels, experiential retail, and a multi-purpose venue for concerts and other events.
The visionary project will deliver an experiential-based entertainment district consisting of 300,000 square feet of retail, 450 hotel rooms, 1,100 market-rate apartments and 500,000 square feet of office.
Designed by HKS and developed by Lincoln, the high-density project will be an experience-rich destination energized by a deeply loyal fan base for one of the NFL’s most historic franchises.
