Runway is a 14-acre, mixed-use project in Playa Vista, California, that was entitled, developed, and delivered by Lincoln. With abundant open space and pedestrian connectivity throughout, it offers a uniquely Californian live/work/play destination, with popular restaurants, shopping, fitness, entertainment, and everyday essentials. The project also includes high-quality multi-family units, creative office space, and healthcare services. Mature trees overhang gathering spaces, providing cool shade on sunny days and helping to organize the sprawling site.

The Lincoln team created a relaxed environment that fits the coastal community it serves, with comfortable outdoor seating, fire pits, and soothing water features. Located a few miles from the Pacific Ocean, Runway’s native coastal plants, wooden boardwalks, palm trees, and festoon lighting reinforce the project’s inviting, beachy feel—helping to make it one of the most successful multi-family lifestyle centers in Los Angeles. The project sold to Invesco for $475 million.
