The Form, Lincoln’s newest office development project in Warsaw, Poland, is located at the intersection of Pańska and Miedziana streets in the city’s Wola district, one of the most desirable business locations in the Polish capital.
Completed in December 2024, The Form features nine floors of office, service and retail space, and sets new benchmarks for sustainability and wellbeing in Poland.
Designed by Kuryłowicz & Associates, Vietzke & Borstelmann Achitekten and the Epstein studio, the property’s 30,800 square meters of office and retail space provides tenants with ultra-modern workspaces which feature the latest technologies and set new standards for Sustainability solutions. Lincoln aims to achieve Platinum level WELL, LEED, ActiveScore and AirRated certifications to ensure the workspaces meet the sustainability and wellbeing needs of its tenants.
