Bordering Yonkers within the Crestwood neighborhood, it sits one block from the Tuckahoe Metro-North station and 40 minutes from Grand Central Terminal.
The project is being delivered in two phases. Phase I, comprising 97 units, delivered in 3Q26. Phase II, an additional 50 units, is being developed by Lincoln in partnership with Saber Hightower and is targeting a groundbreaking in 4Q26. The amenity center will also be delivered in 4Q26.

Lincoln’s business plan includes immediate construction of Phase II and enhancement of the amenity center, alongside oversight of lease-up stabilization — including branding, marketing, and lease-up strategy — to position the asset for long-term performance.
