Property owners use Gridium to save energy, finance retrofits, boost sustainability, streamline operations, and make well-informed decisions.

By monitoring energy usage with data-driven analysis of the building’s HVAC systems and utility meters, Gridium makes suggestions to managers and chief engineers on the best ways to operate and adjust back-of-house systems to achieve about 5-10% in annual operating expense savings.

To continually improve our asset base with innovative, sustainable buildings, Lincoln engaged Gridium to conduct an audit of our Wateridge Campus in Los Angeles—to provide an assessment of energy performance analytics and benchmarking, and to calculate real-world, cost-saving opportunities.

Using software analytics and in-house energy engineering expertise, the Wateridge team leveraged Gridium to identify opportunities to achieve over $1.6 million in savings over five years, including utility and energy savings, maintenance cost savings, and overall capital savings.

By implementing Gridium at our properties, we empower our managers and engineers to be organized and proactive in supporting tenants, cutting costs, and achieving ESG and sustainability goals.
