As part of our property management assignment at the Wateridge Campus, Lincoln leveraged Gridium as a data‑driven operating platform to uncover and capture meaningful efficiency gains. By continuously monitoring energy consumption across HVAC systems and utility meters, Gridium provided actionable analytics that enabled our management team and chief engineers to fine‑tune building operations, reduce waste, and make informed, real‑time decisions. This proactive approach helped drive measurable operating expense savings—typically in the range of 5–10% annually—while supporting long‑term asset performance, sustainability goals, and smarter capital planning.
That approach was put into practice at the Wateridge Campus in Los Angeles, where Lincoln deployed Gridium to provide an assessment of energy performance analytics and benchmarking and identify innovative, sustainable solutions to capture real and measurable cost savings.
Using Gridium’s software analytics and our in-house energy engineering expertise, the team identified opportunities to achieve over $1.6 million in savings over five years, including utility and energy savings, maintenance cost reductions, and overall capital savings.
By implementing Gridium at our properties, we empower our managers and engineers with an organized roadmap to be proactive in supporting tenants, cutting costs, and achieving ESG and sustainability goals.
